Leasing & Applications

Easily apply online through our website. Choose the desired floorplan available and following application steps. 

We require an ID, Proof of income showing Minimum 2.5x the monthly rent & a credit and background check. 

Applications are processed  within 24-72 hours, unless a holiday or weekend. 

We offer 4-12 month lease terms. On all apartments, price may vary. 

No we do not require deposits or fees. 

Yes! Please fill out an inquiry or simply call the leasing office. 

Yes our shortest lease term is 4 months. 

Rent & Fees

You can easily pay your rent thought our online system Rentpayment.com or we also accept checks, certified check or money orders. 

Rent is due every 1st of the month. 

When rent is late you will be charged an additional fee of $25.00 if rent is not paid in full by the 30th day of the month.

Utilities included in rent are: Cold water, sewer, Pet rent, Trash & Recycle removal. 

Security deposits are determined by multiple factors in the background and credit check. Equal too $1,000.00 or one months rent. 

Additional fees may apply if you choose covered garage parking or item storage.

Maintenance

You can submit work orders through our resident app, or by calling, visiting the office, or sending us an email.

In an maintenance emergency you may call the house 

We offer 24hr emergency maintenance. Standard Maintenance work orders are between the hours of 8AM-430PM

No. If you wish to give out maintenance team permission to enter you may. Otherwise, maintenance will not enter if you are not home. 

To report noise complaints you may call the office, email or visit. If it is after hours we encourage you to call local police if it cannot wait until the next business day.

Amenities & Features

Available amenities include optional covered garage parking and on-site storage located throughout the community. We also include a courtyard with seating and gas grills, a resident lounge featuring coffee/tea, a TV, as well as dog waste bag stations around the property

We do not have a an on-site fitness center or pool, but we are conveniently located next to the YMCA, which has exclusive offers for new residents that do not have a membership. 

We offer ample parking throughout the community, unassigned. Garage parking is assigned only.

At Ames, all of our apartments offer in-apartment washers and dryers. 

Yes. We have storage scattered around the community available for rent upon availability, we have storage rooms and cages. Price range between $40 for cages-$200 for larger rooms.

Pet Policy

Yes we are a pet friendly community, however we allow a 2 pet maximum and breed restrictions apply. 

Our restricted breeds are: Akitas, Chows, Doberman, Mastiffs,  Rottweiler, Cane Corso's, Wolf Hybrids, Bully Breeds, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bully, American Short Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Any mix of a prohibited breed

No we do not require any monthly pet rent or deposits.  

Apartments & Appliances

In your apartment there is stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink & garbage disposal. 

No. Apartments do not come furnished however we do have vendors that will furnish it for you. Pricing not included in rent. 

Yes. All of our apartment homes offer in-unit washer and dryers. 

No. This will be a part of your electric/gas utility bill. 

Move-In/Move-Out

Before move in we require a fully signed lease, car information (if applicable), Pet information (if applicable), Gas and Electric company account numbers, pro-rated or full month's rent & security deposit. 

If your apartment is ready for move in, it is available to move in sooner. 

Yes. All apartments are professionally cleaned before any scheduled move in. 

After move out and there is no damage to the apartment, your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days via check to your new forwarding address. 

Technology & Connectivity

We are set up to provide both Xfinity and Verizon for cable/Wi-Fi needs. 

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in our lounge. 

No. We do not offer any smart home features. 

Location & Transportation

Yes, there is a Commuter Rail in Stoughton 9 minutes away. 

Nearby schools we have; Parkview Elementary, Easton Jr high, Oliver Ames HS, & Stonehill College. Restaurants nearby are; The Farmers Daughter, Stoneforge Grill, Ninety Nine Restaurant, Giana's, & Brack's Grille and Tap. Grocery stores are: Roche Bros, Stop & Shop, & Shaws. 

Walk score is a 53/100 as we have shops nearby, you may need transportation for other errands. 

Deliveries & Packages

Carriers will bring all packages to the mailroom located next to leasing office. 

Yes, we have a mailroom and locked package room, packages are placed in the room by staff members. Larger boxes that do not fit will remain in mailroom. 

Policies & Legal

No. Subletting is strictly prohibited. Any interested residents must complete a new application and go though background and screening process. 

No we do not require renters insurance, however we strongly encourage it protect your personal belongings, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in the event of an occurrence.

Yes we require anyone over the age of 18 in the household are subject to a background check and credit checks. Live-in aids or Students may only go though background screening process.
